The Fort McMurray Food Festival wouldn't happen without our volunteers. From helping guests find their way to supporting event activities behind the scenes, every role plays a part in creating an experience our community looks forward to each year.
We proudly use the FuseSocial Wood Buffalo Volunteers platform to recruit and manage our volunteer team. The platform makes it easy to browse available opportunities, sign up for shifts that fit your schedule, and stay connected throughout the festival.
Whether you're looking to build new skills, meet people in the community, support local restaurants and businesses, or be part of an event that brings Fort McMurray together, we'd love to have you join us.

How Do I Sign Up?
Step 1: Visit the Wood Buffalo Fuse Social Volunteers website.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Events" section of the website.
Step 3: Look for the Fort McMurray Food Festival event listing.
Step 4: Click on the event to access the volunteer registration page.
Step 5: Fill out the volunteer registration form with your details, including your name, contact information, and availability.
Step 6: Select your preferred volunteer roles and shifts from the available options.
Step 7: Submit your completed registration form.
Step 8: Keep an eye on your email for further communication from our festival organizers. We will provide you with additional details and instructions regarding your volunteer participation.
