ABOUT

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

The Fort McMurray Food Festival is an annual celebration of local food, community connection, and giving back. Presented by RE/MAX Connect, the festival brings together restaurants, pubs, local businesses, and community members for a series of events that showcase the best of what Fort McMurray has to offer.

From culinary experiences and restaurant features to community events and friendly competitions, the festival creates opportunities for residents to discover local favourites, support businesses, and make memories throughout the year.

Since its launch, the Fort McMurray Food Festival has proudly partnered with Waypoints to help support programs and services for individuals and families impacted by domestic, family, and sexual violence. Every event attended and every ticket purchased contributes to a stronger community by helping sustain prevention, intervention, and healing services across the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

The festival is made possible through the support of local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, participants, and community members who continue to show up, share their talents, and help make each year a success.
